My name is Ivan Alexander, M.A., and I am a Master's level clinician with experience in behavioral health and behavior analysis. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals seeking lasting change, helping them understand how habits, environments, and daily decisions shape long term outcomes.

One lesson became clear: people rarely fail because they lack ability. More often, they struggle because they lack systems, clarity, and a strong sense of identity.
