I’m Ivan Alexander, and King Junky View started as a quiet response to a loud world.

For years, I worked in behavioral health, helping young men build better habits one step at a time. In that work, I kept seeing the same thing over and over. People weren’t broken. They were distracted. Chasing approval, status, and identities that never really fit. What most were missing wasn’t motivation. It was direction.

King Junky View exists for young men in their 20s who feel stuck, restless, or unsure where they’re headed. I don’t offer hype or shortcuts. I share simple ideas rooted in behavioral science, faith, discipline, and responsibility. Not because they sound good, but because they work. Real growth is usually quiet. It happens when no one is watching.

Writing became my way of thinking clearly and honestly. It helped me step outside conventional norms that say you need external validation to matter. You don’t. The deepest growth happens when you stop performing and start becoming who you were meant to be.

At the center of this mission is pointing people to Jesus. Not in a forced way, but in a real one. Faith isn’t about appearing strong. It’s about surrender, humility, and allowing God to rebuild you from the inside out. True transformation doesn’t come from image or approval. It comes from obedience and truth.

King Junky View is not about building a brand. It’s about helping men develop discipline, self respect, and quiet strength. Breaking free from comparison, rejecting constant validation, and choosing purpose over noise is where real change begins.
